Withdrawals from be999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There are no withdrawal fees charged by be999 on standard withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which be999 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. During peak periods or for first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required. be999 aims to review all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission.

When a player holds both real money and active bonus funds in their account, real money is wagered first in all games. Bonus funds become available for wagering only when the real money balance reaches zero, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Void bets, cancelled bets, and bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.

Where bonus abuse is identified, be999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close the account.
Bonuses at be999 are provided at the Platform's discretion. be999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Where a daily cashback promotion is active, the cashback percentage applies to the player's net losses (total wagered minus total won) within the applicable calendar day. Cashback amounts are credited to the player's account the following morning and carry no wagering requirement unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Cashback cannot be applied retroactively to days prior to the promotion's activation date.
The Refer a Friend programme rewards existing be999 players for successfully referring new players. A referral is considered qualifying when the referred player has registered using the referrer's unique link, completed identity verification, and made a minimum qualifying deposit. Referral rewards are paid in PKR and credited to the referrer's account within 24 hours of the referred player's qualifying deposit clearing.
